Underwater Hull Cleaning
Full underwater hull cleaning to remove marine growth, barnacles, algae, and bio-fouling from the hull plating, sea chests, propeller, and rudder. Cleaning is performed using rotary brushes and hand tools by experienced divers, significantly improving vessel performance and fuel efficiency.
Chipping & Anti-Fouling Application
Underwater chipping of heavy corrosion, rust scale, and paint blistering followed by application of marine-grade anti-fouling coatings. Our expert team is equipped and trained for underwater surface preparation and coating work under live vessel conditions.
Hull Inspection with Photography
Comprehensive underwater hull condition survey with high-definition underwater photography and video documentation. Full photographic report of hull plating, keel, propeller blades, stern tube, rudder, and all underwater fittings — provided to owners and class surveyors.
Propeller & Rudder Inspection
Detailed underwater inspection of propeller blade condition, pitch, cavitation damage, and rudder alignment. Zinc anode condition checked and new anodes fitted as required. Propeller polishing available to improve efficiency.
Sea Chest Cleaning & Inspection
Sea chest grating cleaning, suction and discharge valve inspection, and strainer clearing performed underwater. Critical for vessels experiencing reduced cooling water flow or elevated engine temperatures in port.
